To the maximum extent permitted by law, 20PipBot shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

Eligibility & compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that using automated trading software and trading the relevant instruments is legal in your jurisdiction and permitted by your broker. Do not use the software where it is prohibited.
