20-Pip Challenge Bot is a downloadable digital product delivered instantly with a license key. Because the software and key are provided immediately on purchase, sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.

Before you buy

We strongly encourage you to read how the bot works, review our risk disclosure, and test on a demo account to make sure the software fits your needs and broker. Trading is high-risk and results are not guaranteed; a refund is not available simply because trading results were not as hoped.

When we may offer a refund

• The product was not delivered and we cannot resolve the delivery issue.
• The software is materially defective and we are unable to provide a working fix within a reasonable time.
• Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

How to request

Email support@20pipbot.com with your order ID and a description of the problem. Refunds, where granted, are issued through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) to your original payment method.
